做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
