做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
