做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
