做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
