做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
