做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
