做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
