做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
