做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
