做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
