做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
