做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
