做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
