做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
