做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
