做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
