做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
