做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
