做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
