做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
