做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
