做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
