做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
