做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
