做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
