做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
