做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
