做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
