做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
