做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
