做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
