做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
