做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
