做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
