做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
