做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
