做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
