做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
