做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
