做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
