做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
