做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
