做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
