做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。
