做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
