做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
