做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
