做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
