做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
