做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
